Three months prior, his younger brother Tim, found their mother dead in her home with a meth filled syringe stuck in her arm. When Tim visits Richard in prison, they both realize this was not suicide. Once released, Richard is assigned to capture the Meth Kingpin by his undercover elite force handler, Randolph.

He enlists them to assist in cleansing the town of criminal activity by using unconventional methods.
